Show up to move in and may new apartment is on tje 3rd floor not the 1st and completely on the opposite side of complex. Tell them is totally unexceptible and they get pissed at me lol. So we drive allover the complex for a 1st floor and I finally accept one. Ive emailed several times a week no response. That doesn't count all the stuff I put on my green sheet.

At the night, the neighbor below is tuning some weird bass sound during night to disturb my sleep cycle. I've only been here a few months, but the staff and maintenance have been on point. Any issue or concern is addressed promptly. It's fairly quiet and I'm close to everything I need. The apartment has not been renovated, but we were charged renovation fees, there are other charges wrt utilities that are bizarre.
